As Chief Financial Officer, Darren Moulds oversees PVT's finance function, including reporting, treasury, banking and lender relationships, budgeting, and the analysis behind the company's growth and equipment investment decisions. He also leads PVT's AI strategy and implementation, putting practical tools in the hands of the finance, and operations teams. Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has since served as Chief Financial Officer for a range of oil and gas companies in Canada and internationally. His focus at PVT is the financial discipline and clear reporting that let the operations team plan with confidence as the company grows.
